BELGRADE, September 3 - Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic stated Monday that a DOS Presidency meeting would be held that evening.

"No spectacular turns are to be expected. After the last DOS Presidency meeting, many people were angry, because some of DOS representatives started to bring into the public decisions different from those that had been made at the meeting," Djindjic said to the press in front of the Sveti Sava Cathedral, where a contract forming a consortium for financing the completion of the construction of the cathedral have been signed.

At a previous meeting of DOS leaders, "we discussed mistakes made by many of us, and if we demanded that all those who made mistakes be dismissed, it would be too much," Djindjic said.

"It is a pure fabrication that someone's resignation was asked for and that we discussed it," Djindjic said.

He accused some DOS member parties that "they have abused the fair play principle which exists within the coalition", adding that some members demanded one more session in order to vote on certain issues, so that "the public could be presented only with those decisions that have been adopted by majority."

Djindjic announced that the meeting with Hague Tribunal Chief Prosecutor Carla Del Ponte was scheduled for Tuesday.
