BELGRADE, August 7 - Serbian Prime Minister Zoran Djindjic has sent a letter of condolence to Montenegrin Prime Minister Filip Vujanovic on the occasion of a severe car accident which occurred Monday at the trunk road Podgorica - Cetinje, in which ten persons lost their lives.
