Belgrade, July 24, 2001 - Serbian Deputy Prime Minister Momcilo Perisic received in the Serbian government building the delegation of the Kingdom of the Netherlands today, July 24.

In the conversation with the new Dutch ambassador to NATO Mister G. M. Patijn, director of the Security Department in The Dutch Foreign Ministry Mister Jochems, and political counselor to NATO van Hoorn about the political and security situation in the FRY.

As the most important issues Perisic pointed out the solution to the problems in Kosovo-Metohija as well as preserving the federation.

During the meeting they talked about the cooperation between NATO representatives and the whole international community with the countries in the region in order to overcome the problems of political instability, provide financial support and urge the integration of the countries in the region into the international institutions.
