Donors' Conference in Brussels Begins

Brussels, June 29 - Donors' conference for Yugoslavia, which is expected to provide Belgrade with approximately $1.25 hundred million aid, in Brussels on June 29 at 9 AM, SENSE Agency informs.

The representatives of World Bank and the European Commission, and Yugoslav officials gave opening speeches, which marked the beginning of the conference.

Representatives of 70 countries and international institutions will take part at the conference in Brussels.

Representatives of IMF, World Bank and the European Commission will gave speeches on macroeconomic politics. In the second session of the conference, World Bank, the European Commission and the Yugoslav delegation will present programmes of economic revival and transition.

- We have done our part, it is now your turn - stated the Yugoslav Deputy Prime Minister and President of our delegation in Brussels, Miroljub Labus.
