BRUSSELS, June 28 - We hope that at Friday's donors' conference in Brussels Yugoslavia will win the expected $1,250 billion, the larger part going to Serbia - well over $1 billion, Serbian Minister of Economic Foreign Relations Goran Pitic stated on Thursday.

In his telephone interview from Brussels to Radio Voice of America, Pitic said that he saw the decision of the USA to participate in the conference as proof that the world appreciates Yugoslavia's efforts to become a part of the international community.

According to Montenegrin Finance Minister, Montenegro plans to suggest projects worth $120 million for the year 2001, $130 million for 2002, $124 million for 2003 and $91 million for 2004 - some $470 million altogether.

At the conference the Serbian delegation will present a program called "Serbia's Reform Agenda." According to Pitic, the document clearly depicts " our vision of Serbia in a few years' time, as well as our present needs."

The reform program is in two parts. The first searches to improve our standard of living, help the underprivileged, revive basic services in the area of railroad, power supply and construction of roads, help South Serbia, refugees, the education system, etc.

The second part stresses the need to revive the economy.
