Berlin, November 10 (Tanjug) - The German Government severely condemned today the brutal murder of four Romanies, who returned to Kosovo after more than a year in exile.

"The villains must be caught as soon as possible and taken to the face of justice. Violence on the representatives of the non-Albanian minorities in Kosovo must be stopped", it was said in a report that on the behalf of the Government in Berlin German Foreign Minister Joschka Fischer gave to the reporters.

It was particularly emphasized in the report that it was shocking that the violence victims of the Albanian extremists were refugees who had recently returned homes.

The German state provinces authorities that are in charge of the refugees security, have been recently criticized by the international community for forced bringing back to Kosovo of the representatives of the non-Albanian minorities, completely ignoring dangers those people are exposed to.
