			Review of Yugoslav athletes` medals July 26, 2000 Svetlana Kitic, member of the Yugoslav handball team in 1984 Yugoslav athletes have, so far, won 90 medals at the Olympic Games - 27 gold, 31 silver and 32 bronze ones. They were the most successful in Los Angeles in `84, when they won 18 medals. UN Sanctions Committee did not allow Yugoslav teams (water polo players, among others, who were then actual Olympic victors, world and European champions) to appear at the Olympics in Barcelona 1992, thus all the medals were won in singles.
