Kovin - Partizan 54-51

Kovin, Yugoslavia, March 18th - By defeating Partizan in the final match of the Yugoslav women's basketball Cup, the Kovin team achieved the biggest sports success in the history of this town. In an exciting match, the better concentration of the Kovin players in the free-throws in the last minutes determined the outcome of the game.

Majda Mocnik (Kovin) was declared the best player of the tournament, and Aleksandra Jovanovic - the best defense player. The best scorer was Sanja Mitric (Vojvodina) with 27 points.
