Binac Monastery, a view from the eastern side, dated 1960
Monastery Binac is situated near the village of Buzovik (it is also called Buzovik after the village), in the vicinity of Kosovska Vitina. It is assumed that it was the center of Byzantine Bishopric during the reign of emperor Basil II. During the reign of the Brankovics, the area was deserted, and it is assumed that Binac monastery was pulled down at that time. It was restored at the beginning of the 16th century. This monastery, with images of the Holy archangels Michael and Gabriel, has always been raided by Albanians. In 1867, the prior was slain in a monastery cell.

The church of Binac monastery is of modest dimensions, a rectangular base with a semi-circular apse on the east. It was covered with a semi-circular arch ceiling. The remains of the old belfry are by the north wall. The upper parts of the wall, the arch ceiling and the roof construction were rebuilt at the beginning of the 20th century.

The church contains two layers of paintings. The later layer of frescoes, originating from the 16th century, present the images of archpriests. Remains of St. Petka and Holy Archdeacon Stefan and St. Nicholas churches are in the vicinity of the monastery.

The monastery is abandoned.
