One of the old women killed in NATO attack

Valjevo, 18 may (Tanjug) - A woman was killed and 12 civilians were wounded in today's attack of NATO aircraft on Valjevo.

In the 28th NATO attack on Valjevo, four combat aircraft of the criminal alliance, hit the Valjevo's "Krusik" and the civilian apartments at 12.42 p.m. in the Northeast of those industrial facilities.

The damage was enormous.

A lot of projectiles hit the Factory facilities and twentieth hit Novo naselje, and Donja Grabovica and Jasenic villages.

The great number of houses were damaged in Novo Naselje.

In the Northern part of Novo Naselje, 3km from the town center, the damage is enormous.

Mileta Krunic's house in the village Jasenica was demolished to the foundations.

The new NATO atrocities are: bomb craters, bombs in the court yards, damaged roofs, demolished houses and broken windows. The electric power overheadlines are damaged and people should not go around in this part of town, warns The Civil Defense Headquarters.

Mileva Krunic, the seventy-two old woman, was killed in front of her house in the village while her son Miroljub Krunic (43) was severely wounded and was operated at Valjevo Hospital.

Slavko Simic (50) and Vladimir Milutinovic (22) were severely wounded by the shrapnel in the apartment colony "Oslobodioci Valjeva" and were operated, Milica Maksimovic, Draga Krunic and Jovanka Vujic as well.

Pristina, May 18, 1999 (Tanjug) - At about 2:00 p.m., NATO aggressor's aviation started bombing exclusively civilian targets in the Prizren municipality. One missile hit the area of Planeja village which the aggressor bombed yesterday with 11 missiles.

The attack on the Prizren area lasted from 2:05 to 2:20 p.m. Seven missiles were fired, one of which did not go off.

At about 2:20 p.m. the aggressor's aviation was active in the area of Suva Reka where it fired several missiles. There are no information about casualties.

At about 3:10 two cruising missiles flew over Pristina.

Sabac, May 18, 1999 (Tanjug) - NATO aggressors attacked Sabac between 3:00 and 4:00 p.m. and fired six missiles.

Four missiles hit the centre of the town near the school "Laza Lazarevic", large residential block and sport facilities. Where the other two missiles fell is not known yet.

In the afternoon, missiles hit Belgrade, Novi Sad and Fruska Gora.
